We’re Matt and Lizzie L’Heureux, and in February 2016, we took a leap and purchased a ranch and herd of cattle—officially launching Aurora View Farms. Our goal was to create a meaningful lifestyle change, giving our five children the opportunity to grow up surrounded by the joys and challenges of farm life.

Our cattle are Certified Organic, free-roaming, 100% grass-fed and finished, and raised without hormones, steroids, antibiotics, or vaccines.

At Aurora View Farms, we’re passionate about raising the highest quality beef—with care, integrity, and respect for the land.

I’ve been getting my beef from Aurora View Farms for the past six months, and honestly, I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. The quality of the meat is incredible—so fresh, tender, and full of flavor. Every time I cook with it, I’m blown away by how good it tastes...
